From wardrobe to boutique rack in just a few simple steps. We've made it beautiful from beginning to end.

Step 01

Book Your Rack

Choose your package, book online through Zellr, and secure your rack at our Berwick boutique. Your chapter is about to begin.

Step 02

Create Your Product Sheet

Log into Zellr and create a product sheet for your items. Add each piece with its brand, description, colour, size and price — this is how your items get their tags and are ready to sell.

Step 03

Prepare Your Pieces

Gather your beautiful pre-loved items — laundered, in excellent condition, ready to find their next owner. Each piece carries a story worth passing on.

Step 04

We Style Your Rack

Drop off your items and we'll merchandise your display beautifully. Every item gets its moment to shine — and a story to tell.

Step 05

Someone Falls in Love

Your fashion finds a new home, a new adventure, a new story. Our boutique shoppers discover and cherish the pieces you've loved.

Step 06

Collect Your Earnings

Your sales proceeds — minus our 15% commission — are transferred to your nominated bank account within 7 business days of your rental period ending.

Your Zellr Guide

How Zellr Works

seven simple steps

Zellr is the platform we use to manage your rack booking, product listing and sales. Here's a quick overview — click each step to expand.

Head to oncemine.com.au, select Book a Rack, and follow the prompts to create your Zellr account with a username and password. Keep these details handy — you'll need them each time you log in.
Log into Zellr, select Make a New Reservation, then choose your preferred start date, rental period, rack and package. Complete your booking and payment — your reservation will appear under My Reservations.
Log into Zellr and go to Product Pricing → Create a New Product Sheet. Click the blue Edit/Pen button, then select your rack number from the drop-down menu.
Enter each item using the format: BRAND – ITEM – COLOUR – SIZE (e.g. Country Road – Linen Dress – Black – Size 10). Add the selling price for each item — no $ symbol needed.
Select Save when your sheet is complete. You can create as many product sheets as needed — there's no limit.
Review your rack number, item descriptions, sizes and prices carefully. When everything looks right, select the green tick — Mark as Done. Important: you cannot edit your sheet after marking it done.
Open your completed product sheet and select Print to generate your barcode and price tags. Tag your items and bring them in — you're all set!
Tip: We recommend completing your product sheet on a laptop or computer for the easiest experience.
